She was taken into custody and charged with trafficking heroin. A man in Albany was arraigned in federal court on March 1 for alleged crimes, according to local sources. The 38-year-old New York man faces drug crime charges as well as firearms offenses. It is not clear whether he is still in police custody at this time, but it has been confirmed that the case is being investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

An ex con is facing a battery of charges, including murder, in connection with an incident at a bar recently. The 30-year-old was nabbed by police in Harlem after he allegedly shot a man in the head at a popular Times Square bar, after the man spoke to the girlfriend of the accused outside the bar. The New York resident is also charged with criminal possession of marijuana and criminal possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell. Police said he had the drugs on him at the time of his arrest.
A drug dealer allegedly sold heroin laced with fentanyl to a woman who overdosed on the drug. The same man was apparently caught trying to set up another drug deal with the deceased woman's cell phone.
